Entrepreneurial

Brian is a member of and has a close involvement with The Entrepreneurial Exchange, Scotland's most successful and premier entrepreneurial organisation run by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. During his time with Bank of Scotland, Brian was a regular speaker at Entrepreneurial Exchange events and worked closely with many of Scotland's leading entrepreneurs. Brian is still involved with a number of members on an informal and confidential advisory/mentoring basis.

Brian also has close links with The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year programme where he was a judge for 5 years in the Scottish Regional Awards. Again Brian provides informal advice to a number of previous participants in the programme.

Brian is also a member of PSYBT Accelerator Loans Panel and has had a significant involvement over the years with this organisation which provides funding and mentoring advice to young people starting and growing their own businesses. www.psybt.org.uk
